We are seeking 50 women aged 24 to 35 who are ready to invest in their personal and professional growth. This includes fresh graduates, early-career professionals, women seeking career progression, those navigating career transitions and women returning to work after a career break. Through PPIS Women LeadHers, mentees will gain access to mentorship, leadership development, peer support and professional networks that can help them move towards their goals with greater confidence and clarity.

We are seeking accomplished women leaders who are committed to supporting the next generation of professionals and changemakers. Mentors will contribute through the Opportunities, Access and Skills (OAS) framework by sharing guidance, lived experiences, industry insights and meaningful connections that can support mentees’ growth.
We welcome entrepreneurs, senior professionals, community leaders, public sector leaders and women who have built leadership journeys through both traditional and non-traditional pathways.

We welcome organisations and individuals who share PPIS’ commitment to advancing women’s leadership and expanding equitable pathways to opportunity. Partners can support the programme through outreach, sponsorship, knowledge-sharing, volunteerism, workplace exposure and collaborative initiatives that strengthen its reach and sustainability.

PPIS Women LeadHers is a nine-month leadership development programme delivered in partnership with Maybank Singapore and Korn Ferry. The programme provides structured mentorship, coaching, executive exposure and curated networking opportunities to support women seeking stronger access to leadership pathways.
The programme runs for nine months, from October 2026 to July 2027. Details on session dates and activities will be shared with selected participants.
No, the programme is fully funded for selected mentees, with no participation fee required.
